CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS
Effectsplus Coordination Action is organizing its third cluster meeting. This event will be co-located with SecureComm 2012 conference.
This meeting will be focused on exploitation and impact of the results of FP7 Security and Trust research projects.
In line with The Framework Programmes for Research objectives:
- to strengthen the scientific and technological base of European industry
- to encourage its international competitiveness, while promoting research that supports EU policies the dissemination and exploitation of project results are key elements of the project proposal and execution phase (and often post-project life, too).
The workshop aims to discuss potential exploitation and impact of current research projects, as well as identify common trends and gaps in the research-to-innovation-to-market process.
This one-day workshop will be composed by two main parts:
- Exploitation and impact by examples: projects are invited to share their approaches on how to exploit project results during and after project lifetime, for example in terms of new products, businesses, services, communities. For this section we will ask to the participants a short summary from each project.
- Open discussion on how to improve market take-up for successful results research work e.g., processes, funding schemes.
Please submit a short summary document of proposed project contribution ( 2 page max), directly to michele.bezzi@sap.com and fcleary@tssg.org .
Deadline: July 31st 2012
For more information please contact Effectsplus cluster leader michele.bezzi@sap.com or Effectsplus Project Coordinator fcleary@tssg.org .
